CTMA 44th Annual Workshop: The Contractor Transportation Management Association provides conference presentations, vendor exibits, council meetings and DOE Directives training. The five-day conference/workshop is scheduled for June 9-13, 2008 at the Doral Desert Princess Resort in Palm Springs, California. Registration is available until May 30th. |

Such personnel needing access to the new NNSA Packaging Web Site intranet application should submit their requests to Ms. June Storey, National Security Department, at jstorey@doeal.gov.

No shipments should be made with a packaging that does not comply with the new 49 CFR 172.310 requirements.
DOE organizations are strongly encouraged to read the rulemaking and ensure that their contractors and subcontractors involved in the design, fabrication, assembly, testing, maintenance, repair, modification, or use of packagings have implemented quality assurance programs that meet the applicable requirements of Subpart H of Part 71.
